CHARM-EU is organizing its first Winter School!

  • Category:
  • Dates: January 27 to 30, 2021
  • Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Location:

The European university CHARM-EU will put its unique educational model to the test for the very first time during an international winter school.
It will take place entirely online.

This winter school is entitled "Social innovation for a sustainable future" and will offer various training modules that draw on the critical thinking, collaboration, communication, creativity, innovation, and autonomy of a group of 25 students selected from the alliance's five partner universities:

  • University of Barcelona,
  • Trinity College Dublin,
  • University of Utrecht,
  • Eötvös Loránd University Budapest,
  • and the University of Montpellier.

An opportunity for students to benefit from a wonderful international and intercultural experience.

The CHARM-EU winter school is a unique opportunity to discover a brand new and particularly innovative educational model based on transdisciplinarity, project-based learning, and group work to tackle challenges related to sustainable development issues. It also provides a great introduction to the equally unique CHARM-EU Master's program, which will be launched in September 2021.

A winter school tailored to your needs, regardless of your field of study

  • The winter school is open to students from L3 to M2, regardless of your field of study (social or economic sciences, medicine, life and earth sciences, chemistry, pharmacy, etc.).
  • It will take place entirely online, allowing selected students to participate from anywhere. Twenty-five students will be selected to take part in this international adventure, for which a good level of English is required (B2 recommended).

Places are limited, so don't miss your chance. Apply now by filling out this form.

What is CHARM-EU?

CHARM-EU (Challenge-based, Research-driven, Mobile, European University) is an alliance of five renowned European universities (University of Barcelona, Trinity College Dublin, Utrecht University, Eötvös Lorand University Budapest, and the University of Montpellier) to create a European university campus.
