Movie “Hidden Figures” – Women’s Month at UM

The extraordinary story of three African-American scientists who helped the United States take the lead in the space race by putting astronaut John Glenn into orbit. Kept in the shadows by their male colleagues and in a country plagued by deep inequalities, their long-unknown story is finally being brought to the screen.
