The Master's degree in University Management and Information Technology (MUTI) celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. To mark the occasion, IAE Montpellier decided to organize a series of meetings to discuss the various changes that have affected higher education and research over the last ten years, and to look ahead to future trends.

The MUTI master's students wanted to bring together a variety of players, researchers and users involved in these different developments to lead the discussions. This study day, to be held on April 28, 2022 on the Triolet campus of the University of Montpellier, will focus on 3 main mutations:

• changes in ESRI establishments as a result of structuring and restructuring;
• changes in training and student expectations;
• the changing profession of teacher-researcher and administrative and support staff.
