How can I contribute to an assessment of IPBES, the Intergovernmental Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services?

Are you concerned about the future of the planet? Would you rather act than suffer? You too can contribute to an IPBES biodiversity assessment!

Find out how on Wednesday, May 30, 2023 at an event organized by the University of Montpellier and CATIE, the tropical agronomic research and teaching center in Costa Rica. This English-language event in a mixed face-to-face/webinar format will be dedicated toIPBES, the Intergovernmental Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services, and will highlight the many ways in which you can collaborate with the platform.

The floor will be given to the many stakeholders involved in IPBES assessments, including several authors of the Transformative Change Assessment. The speakers' experience sharing and a round table discussion will be followed by exchange sessions where you can intervene and ask your questions.  

Held on the CATIE campus in Turrialba, Costa Rica, on May 30 from 8:30 to 10:30 local time, this event will be broadcast live from 4:30 to 6:30 pm at the University of Montpellier, in the Serge Peytavin amphitheater at Polytech, Triolet campus.
