Innovation Awards Webinar

The Innovation Award, organized by the University as the lead institution of the Montpellier University Innovation Cluster (PUI), aims to encourage and recognize the most innovative initiatives byall laboratory staff across the five research clusters of the SITE Program of Excellence (PEI).

The selected projects will be evaluated based on three criteria designed to identify the best initiatives in the field of innovation:

  • Impact: This refers to the direct and indirect effects of the project. For example, it represents the results achieved.
  • Innovative: This term refers to the act of introducing new ideas, concepts, or methods into a particular field.
  • Recent: This term refers to new developments in public research.

The six winners will each receive a prize of €3,000. This prize may be divided among several members of a team.

The 2024 Innovation Awards ceremony is scheduled for July 8 at the Jardin des Plantes in Montpellier as part of an “Innovation After-Work” event.
