The Master’s Program in Local Government Law invites you to attend its conference, “Local Governments and Secularism: Challenges and Impacts of the Law to Combat Separatism,” which will be held on February 7, 2022, at the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Montpellier.
Over the course of an afternoon, we will examine the law of August 24, 2021, which reinforces adherence to the principles of the Republic—better known as the law to combat separatism—and its provisions concerning local governments.
With the participation of professionals, academics, and government representatives, we will present the provisions that directly impact local governments and their employees, local officials, and their relationships with citizens.
