Conference "Engineers and the environment: When nature inspires science".

What is the engineer's role in meeting the major scientific and environmental challenges of today and tomorrow? This question will be addressed by Gilles Pipien, general engineer at the Ponts, Eaux et Forêts engineering school.
The conference will rethink the way we link economy and biodiversity, and assess how, with biomimicry, nature can be a source of inspiration. It's yet another sign of Polytech Montpellier's commitment to sustainable development and social responsibility.
The conference will be followed by a bioethics aperitif.
