  • Location:

Tuesday, March 21, 2017 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Faculty of Law and Political Science, Amphi D, 1er floor of building 1
Organized by AFFDO Association Française des Familles pour le Don d'Organes (French Association of Families for Organ Donation)
During this conference, we'll be taking a different approach to organ donation.
Talking about organ donation in a different way means taking a positive approach, not remaining fixated on the end of life, but understanding what an act of solidarity can bring to patients waiting for transplants. Talking differently about organ donation means understanding that saving lives beyond one's own is not a slogan but a reality that can leave no one indifferent.
It's vital that all our fellow citizens feel concerned...
Raising awareness and understanding of organ donation in our country is the only way to ensure its acceptance, and to encourage each and every one of us to decide freely.
We all know that donations are rare and precious, and openly expressing our gratitude to donors is obviously another way of raising awareness and encouraging the French to donate.
When we talk about organ donation, we say over and over again that this gift of life is only possible thanks to a small number of donors who command our admiration.
