Science and intervention research have made non-drug interventions (NDIs) essential solutions for preventing, treating or curing health problems.
In prevention, they reduce the risk of illness and improve health behaviours over the long term. In treatment, they alleviate symptoms, strengthen health and improve quality of life. In therapy, they complement biological treatments. Studies show that they reduce the cost of unscheduled care and the out-of-pocket expenses of patients.

This congress, created in Montpellier, allows :

  • promote scientifically validated NMIs;
  • share evidence on the efficacy, safety and cost-effectiveness of each NMI;
  • discuss valuation methods ;
  • better understand their mechanisms of action;
  • promote the improvement of professional practices ;
  • think about the training, certification and financing of the future;
  • meet researchers and practitioners specializing in the NMI sector.
