This year, students in the Master 1 Nutrition and Food Science program are in charge of organizing the traditional Congress, on the theme of nutrition in extreme environments, to be held on November 30 from 9am to 1pm.

The aim of this project is to answer the question: "How can we eat in extreme conditions and climates?

Food is one of the pillars of our health and life, especially when it comes to exceeding our limits. That's why we'll be introducing the notion of "extreme environment", before looking at several sub-themes: risk zones (war zones, polluted areas or after natural disasters), the impact of these extreme environments on health (psychological and physiological aspects) and physical performance, and the main food packaging and storage techniques.

The speakers will share their experience and knowledge on the various topics covered.
