The Musée Atger's collection of drawings was enriched in early 2018 by a donation of seventy-seven drawings by Colette Richarme (1904 - 1991), following an initial donation by the artist's family of four drawings in 2005, as part of the "Jeux de figures" exhibition. This important new donation was made possible by the inventory work carried out by the studio since Richarme's death, and continued and completed by the Richarme Association.

Colette Richarme is the most represented artist in the Musée Atger: eighty-one drawings on a variety of themes, including nudes, figures and portraits, and landscapes.

These drawings have been inventoried, stamped, packaged and digitized by the BIU's Service du Patrimoine Ecrit et Graphique. To crown this donation, the Service du Patrimoine Ecrit et Graphique and the University of Montpellier are organizing an exhibition in the last quarter of 2018.

In addition to the drawings, some of Richarme's paintings and work tools (on loan from the family for the duration of the exhibition) will also be on display.

Exceptional all-day opening on September 15 and 16 (European Heritage Days) and on Saturdays October 20 and November 24 from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm (to coincide with changes in the presentation of the drawings).
