Advanced Negotiation Training

The Program Capacity Building, led by the University Innovation Hub at the University of Montpellier, offers targeted training in innovation and research commercialization. Through thematic modules led by experts, it supports the professional development of professionals involved in innovative projects.

On March 24, an intermediate/advanced training session on advanced negotiation will be held on the Triolet campus. It is intended for administrative staff who have already completed Level 1 and are involved in sensitive or technical negotiations.
This session will provide an opportunity to explore the following topics in greater depth:
- negotiation techniques in complex situations,
- litigation-based negotiation and the concept of BATNA,
- cognitive biases and their impact,
- body language, verbal communication, and nonverbal cues.
