The Capacity Building program, led by the University of Montpellier’s University Innovation Hub, offers targeted training in innovation and research commercialization. Through thematic modules led by experts, it supports the professional development of professionals involved in innovative projects.

On July 16, Module 4 of the “Public-Private Research Project Funding” course will focus on the methodology for responding to a call for proposals. It is intended for staff members who wish to effectively structure an application, develop a clear narrative, and provide all the materials expected by funders.

This session will cover, among other topics:

  • the key steps in preparing a funding application for public-private partnerships ( ANR, Horizon Europe, RAPID, Bpifrance, etc.);
  • developing a coherent project narrative that integrates scientific, partnership, and impact dimensions;
  • the development of a budget aligned with the work plan, as well as the production of the expected deliverables (project fact sheets, appendices, letters of support, supporting documentation);
  • the use of tools and templates that help structure the project and make the proposal easier to understand (flowcharts, summary tables, etc.).
