ERCIM ( Research Team on Intangible Research and Law – UMR 5815) is organizing, in partnership with AFJE (French Association of Corporate Lawyers), the fourth edition of its Internet Law Update Days.
The purpose of this annual event is to monitor legislation and case law in the many different areas of internet law.
The following issues will be addressed during the morning session: : parasitism and unfair competition, domain names, online distribution, e-reputation, and the right to be forgotten online. The afternoon presentations will focus on the theme of blockchain.
The speakers are legal experts—lawyers, corporate lawyers, and academics—specializing in internet law, as well as a computer science researcher.
