Internet Law" Update Day

ERCIM (Equipe de Research Créations immatérielles et Droit - UMR 5815) is organizing, in partnership with AFJE (Association Française des Juristes d'Entreprise), the fourth edition of its Internet Law Update Days.
The aim of this annual event is to keep abreast of legislation and case law in the many and varied areas of Internet law.
The morning session will address the following issues in particular These include parasitism and unfair competition, domain names, online distribution, e-reputation and the right to digital oblivion. Afternoon papers will focus on the theme of blockchain.
Speakers include lawyers, in-house counsel and academics specializing in Internet law, as well as an IT researcher.
