Internet law update day

ERCIM ( Research Team on Intangible Research and Law – UMR 5815 Dynamics of Law) is organizing, in partnership with the AFJE (French Association of Corporate Lawyers), the third edition of its Internet Law Update Days. The aim of this annual event is to monitor legislation and case law in the many different areas of Internet law.
The following issues will be addressed during this session: :

• labor relations,
• e-reputation,
• data mining,
• collaborative platforms,
• cross-border data flows,
• data security,
• online distribution law,
• consumer law,
• the sale of drugs online,
• parasitism and unfair competition.
