ERCIM (Equipe de Research Créations immatérielles et Droit - UMR 5815 Dynamique du droit) is organizing, in partnership with AFJE (Association Française des Juristes d'Entreprise), the third edition of its Internet Law Update Days. The aim of this annual event is to keep abreast of legislation and case law in the many and varied areas of Internet law.
In particular, this session will address the following issues :
