PédagoN’ DayUM , 2026: “Teaching in the Age of AI”

Annual event dedicated to digital pedagogy at the University of Montpellier, open to the entire university teaching community, partners, and external participants.
Artificial intelligence is already transforming higher education. On June 25, 2026, a new PédagoN’ conferenceUM will shed light on these developments through recent research findings, expert insights, and feedback from the field to better understand and support education in the age of AI.
What changes in the teaching profession does the rise of AI portend? What does recent research tell us about its effects on teaching and learning?
These are the questions that will be at the heart of this PédagoN’UM 2026 event, featuring insights from several national and international experts, feedback from teachers at the University of Montpellier, demonstrations of AI-powered tools, and hands-on workshops in small groups.
The University of Montpellier and its Digital Technology Services Department invite teachers, Professors , and other stakeholders involved in education to participate in this event.
