This event is organized by the Institut Agro Montpellier, INRAE and the University of Montpellier, and is part of the dynamic Montpellier Vine & Wine Sciences scientific community.
The event aims to raise awareness of Montpellier's scientific work on the sector. This year's theme is "Biodiversity in viticulture and oenology", and offers a multidisciplinary approach to these issues, with presentations of approaches developed in viticulture and oenology.
The program will include 3 sessions:
- Biodiversity and agro-ecological practices in the vineyard;
- Biodiversity in winemaking ;
- Vine biodiversity for tomorrow's viticulture.
and offer an overview of the research conducted by Montpellier's scientific teams in this field.
