Market Law Day 2025

The theme of the conference is“Economic Law and the Social and Solidarity Economy.”
The purpose of this event is to present current developments in economic law. The day is divided into two parts:

• Morning: Presentation of current issues in economic law by students in the Master’s 2 programs in Consumer and Competition Law and Private Economic Law, covering consumer law, competition law, and distribution law;
• This afternoon, a lecture by Mr. Jean Gatel on the topic“The Social and Solidarity Economy.”

Conference under the academic direction of Jean-Louis Respaud, Associate Professor of Private Law (HDR), University of Montpellier, and Director of the Master’s 2 program in Private Economic Law.
