Market Law Day 2025
The theme of the conference is "Economic law and the social economy".
The aim of this event is to present the latest developments in economic law. The day is divided into two parts:
- morning: presentation of current economic law issues by students in the 2 masters programs in Consumer and Competition Law and Private Economic Law, in consumer law, competition law and distribution law;
- afternoon, lecture by Mr. Jean Gatel on "The social and solidarity economy".
Conference under the scientific direction of Jean-Louis Respaud, lecturer in private law - HDR, University of Montpellier, director of the Master 2 in private economic law.
