Market Law Day 2025

The theme of the conference is "Economic Law and the Social and Solidarity Economy."
The aim of this event is to present current developments in economic law. The day will be divided into two parts:

• Morning: presentation of current economic law issues by students in the Master's 2 programs in Consumer Affairs and Competition Law and Private Economic Law, covering consumer law, competition law, and distribution law.
• Afternoon: lecture by Mr. Jean Gatel on the topic of "The social and solidarity economy."

Symposium under the scientific direction of Jean-Louis Respaud, Associate Professor of Private Law – HDR, University of Montpellier, Director of the Master 2 in Private Economic Law.
