International joint programs
The European university alliance Charm-EU is launching a monthly webinar series called CHARM-ON to explore and share innovative practices with all academic and administrative staff at its member universities. In October: episode #2 on international joint programs.

This new monthly meeting is an opportunity to bring together members of the university community in a round-table format, and to enable them to shed practical light on practices in line with Charm-EU's pedagogical principles: challenge-based learning, mobility, interculturality, etc. The aim is to encourage participating staff to learn more about Charm-EU's best practices, and to take part in the training courses offered throughout the year by the alliance of European universities.
On October 27, the webinar highlights one of the major achievements of the Charm-EU alliance: international joint programs. Transnational degrees that integrate a diversity of academic traditions, governance models and cultures within a common, shared learning experience.
The aim is to explore the concrete realities involved in designing, implementing and sustaining these programs: from accreditation to curriculum development, student mobility, digital infrastructure and intercultural collaboration. A panel of invited guests, including Meritxell Chaves, Secretary General of Charm-EU, Gilles Subra, Charm-EU project manager and Professor at the University of Montpellier, Laia Alonso, alumni of the Charm-EU joint master's program and project assistant at the University of Barcelona (Spain), and Victor G. Mihucz, lecturer at ELTE University in Budapest (Hungary) in charge of creating a joint master's program in "Global Health" within the alliance.
This series takes place every last Monday of the month at 1pm, offering a space for caring dialogue to share ideas, practices and stories within the Charm-EU community. Next webinar in November.
