The ecological and social transition offers unexpected opportunities. Come discover how to align your values with your professional life, regardless of your field of study.

At a time when climate and social issues are redefining the world of work, how can we find a career that suits us? This round table discussion is open to all students, regardless of their field of study, to explore together:

  • emerging professions in the ecological and social transition, and how to access them;
  • transferable skills that enable individuals to find meaning in their work, even in traditional sectors;
  • feedback from speakers with diverse backgrounds who have successfully aligned their values and careers;
  • concrete tools to identify one's aspirations and plan for a fulfilling professional future;
  • An open and inspiring exchange, to understand that all talents have a place in the transition.

Juliette Palmer – Island of Possibilities  – Coordinator

After eight years in HR, startups, and tech, she is now fully committed to the ecological transition. Through Île des Possibles x Communauté Open Lande, she organizes and hosts events to inspire, build connections, and encourage action. She will moderate this roundtable discussion on careers in the ecological transition.

Speakers:

Adrien Conty – La Fabrique des Possibles – Founder / CEC Occitanie

As the founder of La Fabrique des Possibles and co-founder of Open Lande Occitanie, he supports the emergence of projects and economic models that aim to put life back at the heart of organizational strategies. Committed to transforming businesses in the face of environmental challenges, he is also program manager for the Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat (CEC) in Occitanie and a lecturer at Montpellier Management. He will share his experience of cooperation dynamics and new entrepreneurial approaches in the service of ecological transition.

Caroline Cazi – Sustain Consulting – CSR Consultant

CSR consultant and founder of Sustain Consulting, she supports organizations in their social responsibility initiatives. Former director of FACE Hérault and former Director of Human Resources, Diversity, and CSR at Montpellier Business School.

A lawyer by training, with a Master's degree in law from the University of Montpellier, she began her career at the Court of Justice of the European Communities in Luxembourg.

She will shed light on how professions are evolving in response to the challenges of ecological transition.

Camille Demange – My Meaningful Job – Professional Coach 

As a coach and facilitator committed to individual and collective transformation, she supports executives in their transition journeys within the Occitanie Business Climate Convention (CEC). A facilitator and trainer, she also works on issues of inclusion and self-awareness through various collective intelligence tools (Fresque de la Diversité, Awayke). During this round table, she will share her experience of supporting executives and young people in the evolution of models and career paths in the face of the challenges of ecological and societal transition.

Elsa Mellon – Enercoop – Renewable Energy Project Manager

As a renewable energy engineer and project manager at Enercoop Languedoc-Roussillon, she supports the development of citizen-led renewable energy projects in the region. A graduate of Polytech Montpellier, she has worked on issues related to photovoltaics and solar panel recycling during her time at Veolia and in the development of energy projects. During this round table discussion, she will share her practical experience of working in the energy sector at the heart of the ecological transition.


These events, organized during the second half of the year, offer students the opportunity to attendinteractive conferenceson various topics related to professional integration. Specialists will discuss topics such as entrepreneurship, networking, communication techniques, and job interviews.
