In the frantic race for planetary exploration, the leading nations in the space race are competing with U.S. initiatives such as NASA, SpaceX, and Blue Origin. At the same time, a booming economy is developing around new technologies—nanosatellites, micro-launch vehicles, and data from
constellations of satellites in Earth orbit—forming what is known as “New Space,” a particularly dynamic sector of research and innovation that is largely unknown to the general public.
