Performance: “Impermeable”

By the Le Cri Dévot theater company, running time: 1 hour.

“My name is Emmanuelle, and I was born in the early ’90s. In the books I read as a child, little girls sometimes had bad encounters. A menacing figure would emerge from a dark alley. He always wore a hat and a beige raincoat. So how could I have been suspicious when a family friend invited me to dance, all smiles, one evening at a wedding?”

This is the starting point of a story that isn’t particularly sordid, but sadly all too common. 

The evening will conclude with a social gathering attended by the artistic team.
