Forum theater: sexism, gender-based violence, and sexual violence in the world of research

The fight against sexism and gender-based and sexual violence is a real challenge for our scientific community—40% of female researchers have experienced sexual harassment and more than 80% have experienced at least one instance of sexism during their career (Ipsos – L’Oréal Foundation, 2023).

The Faculty of Sciences at the University of Montpellier has teamed up with the Agropolis forum theater workshop to offer you an interactive forum theater session dedicated to sexism and sexist and sexual violence in the world of research.

This awareness-raising workshop will use games and discussions to address different forms of inequality, harassment, and discrimination.

All staff at research institutions (teachers, researchers, support staff, administrative staff, doctoral students, etc.) are invited to participate.

People in management positions, thesis supervisors, or team leaders in the scientific community are particularly encouraged to take part in this event.
