Call for Proposals for Collaborative Educational Activities (Charm-ED)

Do you have an idea for educational innovation or a new program that could benefit from collaboration within Charm-EU? Would you like to strengthen your European networks and integrate Charm-EU’s educational principles (challenge-based learning, transdisciplinary approach, use of educational technologies, etc.) into your teaching practices? The Charm-ED call offers funding to support the development, improvement, or redesign of higher education and lifelong learning activities within theCharm-EU Alliance.

We invite transdisciplinary and inter-institutional teams to submit proposals aimed at collaborating on innovation, co-creating content, integrating the Charm-EU pedagogical approach into educational experiences, and developing the skills Europe needs to address complex challenges, both local and global.

Scope of the appeal

The Charm-ED call for proposals aims to support collaborative and inter-institutional educational activities that contribute to the achievement of Charm-EU’s strategic objectives and to the integration of its pedagogical principles into bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs, as well as into micro-certifications.

All proposals must clearly demonstrate their alignment with Charm-EU’s educational vision and strategic objectives, as well as their potential to generate a significant impact at both the institutional and alliance levels.

The following activities will be prioritized, in line with Charm-EU’s strategic needs:

  • development of short, cross-disciplinary educational content;
  • incorporating the educational principles of Charm-EU into existing courses or through co-creation;
