Hats off to the doctors!
On June 17, the doctoral degree award ceremony was held at the University of Montpellier. Of the 553 graduates in 2023, 236 young doctors came to receive their diplomas in person on the stage of the Corum... Before parading through the streets of the city to the sound of fanfare and heading to the Jardin des Plantes for an evening to which family and friends were invited. A look back in pictures.
The wait
The doctoral degree ceremony began at 4 p.m., but by 2 p.m. many of the young doctors were already gathered in the Corum lobby. It was an opportunity to share a coffee with former colleagues or chat with their thesis supervisors.
