Concert and Meet-and-Greet at the University of Montpellier with Stéphane Clor as part of the “Listening to Lines, Tracing Sounds” residency

On Wednesday, November 16, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Triolet Campus of the University of Montpellier, musician and visual artist Stéphane Clor will perform alongside Thomas Hausberger, Professor mathematics, in a concert and exclusive discussion open to everyone as part of the Montpellier artist residency program “Écouter les lignes, tracer les sons.”

A concert? A meet-and-greet? Both!

Stéphane Clor, a musician and visual artist, is leading the artistic residency “Écouter les lignes, tracer les sons” at the Faculty of Sciences during the 2022–2023 academic year. His work spans music, improvisation, and graphic arts. On November 16, he will present a hybrid event combining a cello concert with a discussion about his residency. This is an opportunity to discover his work and engage with him.

The concert will feature discussions with Thomas Hausberger, Professor mathematics, offering a cross-disciplinary exploration of scientific and artistic research.

This residency is organized by the Art & Culture Department of the University of Montpellier’s Campus Life Division in partnership with the Faculty of Sciences. This artist residency is supported by the DRAC Occitanie.

This initiative is also co-funded by the CVEC (Student and Campus Life Contribution).
