Artificial intelligence: Montpellier University, Deepbloo, and AITenders launch an integrated solution for managing public tenders
Deepbloo, an innovative company specializing in the collection, analysis, and indexing of calls for tenders, announces the launch of an ambitious project supported as part of France 2030 – Regionalized I-Demo, led by Bpifrance. Led by Deepbloo as consortium leader, the project brings together several strategic partners: AITenders, a company based in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region (Loire, 42), specializing in the documentary analysis of calls for tenders, and the Montpellier Institute of Data Science (ISDM) at the University of Montpellier, recognized for its work in the management and exploitation of big data through artificial intelligence and the deployment of cloud architectures.

The project also benefits from the support of the Bordeaux Computer Science Research Laboratory (LaBRI), a leading academic player in AI and natural language processing. It is supported by the DERBI and Minalogic competitiveness clusters, which are assisting with its technological development and economic promotion.
An artificial intelligence-based solution for the energy and infrastructure sector
This integrated solution for managing public tenders is based on the development of artificial intelligence models trained on proprietary data sets. The goal is to design agile, sovereign, and high-performance models that enable the qualification of tenders and market information. These innovations will enable a detailed and multidimensional assessment of opportunities, providing companies with an anticipatory and strategic view of their target markets.
A Montpellier-based AI center of excellence
Both based in Montpellier, Deepbloo and ISDM are joining forces to establish a regional center of excellence in artificial intelligence applied to text processing and public data. This partnership illustrates Montpellier's ability to bring together academic players and entrepreneurial innovation in the service of French digital sovereignty and confirms Montpellier's position in artificial intelligence projects.
Based in Montpellier, Deepbloo is experiencing sustained growth in France and internationally.
Based in Montpellier, Deepbloo is the project leader and is experiencing exceptional growth, with revenue doubling in two years. The company has signed several major contracts with key accounts, strengthening its position as a leader in intelligent analysis of public and private markets, both in France and internationally.
A project focused on innovation, employment, and sustainability
Over the two years of the project, dedicated artificial intelligence engineers will be recruited to develop these models.
The project is part of an eco-responsible approach, optimizing the energy consumption of data centers selected according to sustainable criteria such as warm water cooling using ISDM-MESO equipment hosted at CINES (as part of the Drocc-Est service offering), in order to reduce the overall energy footprint.
