Artificial Intelligence: The University of Montpellier, Deepbloo, and AITenders Launch an Integrated Solution for Managing Public Bids

Deepbloo, an innovative company specializing in the collection, analysis, and indexing of calls for bids, announces the launch of an ambitious project supported under the France 2030 – Regionalized I-Démo program, administered by Bpifrance. Led by Deepbloo as the consortium leader, the project brings together several strategic partners: AITenders, a company based in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region (Loire, 42), specializing in the document-based analysis of calls for bids; and the Montpellier Institute of Data Science (ISDM) at the University of Montpellier, recognized for its work in managing and analyzing big data using artificial intelligence and deploying cloud architectures.

The project also benefits from the support of the Bordeaux Computer Science Research Laboratory (LaBRI), a leading academic institution in the fields of AI and natural language processing. It is supported by the DERBI and Minalogic competitiveness clusters, which assist with its technological development and commercialization.

An AI-Based Solution for the Energy and Infrastructure Sectors

This integrated solution for managing public tenders is based on the development of artificial intelligence models trained on proprietary datasets. The goal is to design agile, autonomous, and high-performance models that enable the evaluation of tenders and market information. These innovations will allow for a detailed and multidimensional assessment of opportunities, providing companies with a forward-looking and strategic view of their target markets.

A Center of Excellence in AI in Montpellier

Both based in Montpellier, Deepbloo and ISDM are joining forces to establish a true regional center of excellence in artificial intelligence applied to text processing and public data. This partnership demonstrates Montpellier’s ability to bring together academic stakeholders and entrepreneurial innovation in support of France’s digital sovereignty and reaffirms Montpellier’s position as a leader in artificial intelligence projects.

Based in Montpellier, Deepbloo has been experiencing steady growth in France and internationally

Based in Montpellier, Deepbloo is the project leader and is experiencing exceptional growth, having doubled its revenue in two years. The company has signed several major contracts with large clients, strengthening its position as a leader in intelligent analysis of public and private markets, both in France and internationally.

A Project Focused on Innovation, Employment, and Sustainability

Over the course of the two-year project, dedicated artificial intelligence engineers will be hired to develop these models.
The project is part of an eco-responsible approach, optimizing energy consumption in data centers selected based on sustainability criteria—such as lukewarm water cooling using ISDM-MESO equipment hosted at CINES (as part of the Drocc-Est service offering)—to reduce the overall energy footprint.
