Why an Innovation afterwork at the UM?

The University of Montpellier is the leading French university in the world ranking of universities doing the most to advance science, invent new technologies and help support the progress of the global economy (Reuters ranking 2019). It is also one of five universities in a university innovation cluster (PUI). The afterwork is one of the PUI's activities, an annual event bringing together researchers, companies, partners and local authorities to discuss innovation, commercialization, partnerships and entrepreneurship, during which the Innovation Awards are presented to the winners.
