The University of Montpellier welcomes Research stakeholders Research the R3SUP conference and the Conference of Vice Presidents Research Development from August 29 to 31, 2022.
From Monday, August 29 to Wednesday, August 31, 2022, the University of Montpellier will welcome all those who define and implement research strategy in French higher education and research institutions. On Monday, August 29, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., the annual conference of Research managers Research higher education and research institutions (R3SUP) will take place. The following day will see the start of the network of vice presidents for research and development , organized in partnership with France Universités, will be opened, via videoconference, by Ms. Sylvie Retailleau, Minister of Higher Education and Research.
The annual R3SUP conference in a nutshell:
Launched in 2013, the R3SUP network brings together Research managers Research higher education institutions with the aim of promoting exchanges and professionalizing the management of research, innovation, and doctoral programs in institutions by pooling skills and organizing joint initiatives. Every year, these key players in Research for a conference to discuss and exchange best practices. On August 29, at the UM Faculty of Law and Political Science, the discussions will focus on four main themes:
- Implementation of the HR provisions of the LPR within universities
- Structure, operation, and resources of research platforms
- The impacts of incorporating sustainable development and social responsibility into research activities and on research units
- Changes to the HCERES Research assessment Research wave C
What is the VP Research Valorization Symposium?
Just like the annual R3SUP conference, every year the annual conference of the VP Research Valorisation network is organized, coordinated by France Universités. On August 30 and 31, 2022, the University of Montpellier will host the conference, bringing together all the vice presidents of research and development from French universities, in the presence of the CEOs of the main national research organizations:
