The University of Montpellier organizes a new edition of the University Employment Forum
On October 17, the "Forum Emploi Université" will be held once again, an annual event dedicated to the professional integration of students and graduates. The aim of the forum is to support participants in their search for internships, work-study placements or jobs. More than 130 companies, 250 recruiters and some 1,800 students are expected to attend this day of exchanges and recruitment on the Triolet campus. The event is open to University of Montpellier students from Licence 3 to PhD, as well as graduates.
A broad, inclusive event
Formerly known as the "Forum Entreprises Université", the Forum Emploi Université now reflects a wider audience, including not only companies, but also administrations, associations and other organizations. This evolution aims to better represent the diversity of players offering professional opportunities.
A privileged space for exchange
Students from a wide range of disciplines, including science, management, IT, economics, health and the environment, will be able to meet 250 recruiters atcompany stands. They will have the opportunity to apply for internships, jobs and work-study programs, in particular via the ResUM platform, the University of Montpellier's professional network.
Advice stands on a variety of topics (work-study, entrepreneurship, international) will also be available. Video-conference interviews can be organized to facilitate the application process.
Round tables and thematic webinars
This 2024 edition will be marked by a rich program including :
Three round-table discussions:
- "New recruitment methods", with the participation of experts such as APEC, Hays and ANDRH.
- A round table on the theme of disability: "When and how to deal with disability when applying for a job", in collaboration with CAP Emploi and Capgemini Technology Services.
- A round table dedicated to institutional partners.
11 themed webinars will be offered, with the participation of renowned partners such as ANDRH, APEC, CPME Hérault, France Travail, Pépite-LR, HAYS, BIC de Montpellier, and many others.
