Doctoral program between the University of Montpellier and the CNRS Lebanon
Call for Applications 2024–2025
The University of Montpellier (UM) and the National Council for Research of the Lebanese Republic (CNRS-L) wish to strengthen their partnership on topics of mutual interest centered around “Feeding, Healing, Protecting.” To this end, they are funding two joint doctoral research contracts for the 2024–2025 academic year, as part of an international joint thesis supervision program between UM and a Lebanese higher education or research institution. This funding is exclusively intended for students of Lebanese nationality who hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) recognized as such by both institutions.
This joint call for proposals aims to identify collaborative projects between research teams or Professors the University of Montpellier and Lebanese research units recognized by the CNRS-L.
The priority themes for the 2024–2025 academic year are as follows:
