University of Montpellier: The student organization Mouvement Circulaire Etudiant is hosting its first charity sale!

With support from the University of Montpellier and its European project UNI-ECO, the student organization “Mouvement circulaire étudiant” is collecting and re-circulating small items and small appliances by hosting its first large charity sale, exclusively for students, on Saturday, September 3, at 5 p.m., in front of the Cité Universitaire Boutonnet.

This event, open exclusively to students, will give them the opportunity to pick up secondhand items sold at very low prices to furnish their apartments. To participate in this thrift sale, all you need to bring is a bag and proof of enrollment. No registration required! Students can pay in cash (preferred) or by credit card.

  • Small furniture: chairs, small nightstand, small wardrobe…
  • Small appliances: microwave, kettle, stovetop…
  • Kitchen appliances: blender… 
  • Tableware: plates, glasses, reusable cups…
  • Decorative items

The European UNI-ECO project:

UNI-ECO is an Erasmus+ project led by the University of Montpellier in partnership with four other European universities (the University of Barcelona, Trinity College Dublin, Utrecht University, and Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest) aimed at developing initiatives related to sustainable development on campuses.
