Activities and Objectives of the Association

Artio is a unique association in that it is open exclusively to IEGB master’s students and offers lifetime membership. It aims to foster a sense of community within the IEGB master’s program to create a pleasant atmosphere that encourages mutual support and the sharing of students’ knowledge and skills.

Artio lends natural history equipment to students and supports course units that include fieldwork; it also organizes nature outings and lectures.

The association also supports individual and/or group projects by master’s students. In addition, it ensures continuity among the various master’s cohorts, thereby fostering the creation of a broad network of alumni, which is particularly helpful for entering the workforce.
