Association of Pharmacy Residents in Montpellier-Nîmes Hospitals (AIPHMN)

Activities and Objectives of the Association

To represent pharmacy interns in training (across all programs) in dealings with hospital and university administrations, the pharmaceutical industry, and various regional bodies.
To advocate for the interests and status of residents.
Support residents throughout their training, and represent them on various committees to support their projects.
To enhance the training of pharmacy residents during their residency and promote their training to the professional community.
Improve the flow of information between residents and healthcare professionals to facilitate residents' transition into the workforce.
Organize training and provide support to students preparing for the residency exam (setting up tutoring programs and conducting practice exams).
Foster friendly and supportive relationships among all members to promote unity among residents (by organizing social events and weekend getaways).
