Association of Pharmacy Residents at Montpellier-Nîmes Hospitals (AIPHMN)

Activities and Objectives of the Association

To represent pharmacy interns in training (across all tracks) in dealings with hospital and university administrations, the pharmaceutical industry, and various regional bodies.
To defend the interests and status of residents.
Support residents throughout their training and represent them before various committees to support their projects.
To enhance the training of pharmacy residents during their residency and promote their training to the professional community.
Improve the flow of information between interns and healthcare professionals to facilitate the interns’ transition into the workforce.
Organize training and provide support to students preparing for the residency exam (setting up tutoring and conducting practice exams).
To foster friendly and supportive relationships among all members to promote cohesion among the residents (by organizing social events and weekend getaways).
