Naturalist Group of the University of Montpellier (GNAUM)
Activities and Objectives of the Association

For more than 18 years, GNAUM has been offering its members a wide range of activities designed to introduce them to and raise their awareness of environmental conservation and biodiversity through:
- lectures, held weekly on a variety of topics (animal emotions, trees and buds, collapse…);
- scientific projects, conducted in collaboration with our partners (Jardin des Plantes, CEFE, Marbec, etc.) and involving the management of beehives or the monitoring of coal tits;
- Workshops, nature walks, and field trips led by our eight nature centers, inviting you to explore the area around Montpellier.
