The mission of the UM’s Research Engineering, Characterization, and Services” (ICS) Research and Support Unit is to develop initiatives that support research, innovation, and training at the UM. The ICS comprises technology platforms and service centers, namely: BioNanoImaging Foundry (BNIF) Micro- and Nanoelectronics Technology Center (CTM) Infrared and Raman (IRRAMAN) Cold Laboratory Physics and Metallurgy Laboratory – (MPM) University Center for 3D Prototyping (PRO3D) Label: Research Support Unit Research UAR) Primary overseeing bodies: UMP Research cluster: Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, and Systems (MIPS)
