Information aboutthe University of Montpellier’s academic programs is central to the SCUIO-IP’s mission.

With locations at three campuses (Downtown, Nord-Triolet, and BU Richter), SCUIO-IP provides comprehensive information to help you better understand the available programs and academic paths.

Throughout the year, our advisors are here to support you, whether you’re in the process of exploring your options, choosing a major, changing your major, or continuing your studies. They’ll answer your questions and help you develop a clear, coherent academic plan tailored to your profile.

We are also active in:

  • group sessions for high school students on health-related studies and tutoring.

Working closely with high schools, SCUIO-IP has developed several initiatives to ease the transition to college: school visits, program presentations,immersion days, and more. These are all concrete steps designed to help prospective students get to know the college before they enroll.

Understanding the Steps to Enroll at the University of Montpellier

Enrolling at the University of Montpellier requires following specific procedures depending on your situation.

  • Are you a senior at a French high school, or are you a citizen of the European Union, the European Economic Area (EEA), the Swiss Confederation, Monaco, or Andorra? Enrollment for the first year is done through the national Parcoursup platform.
  • Are you interested in enrolling in the second or third year of a bachelor's degree program, or a professional bachelor's degree program? Applications are submitted through the e-candidat platform.
  • Do you have (or will you have) a bachelor’s degree and want to pursue a master’s degree? Applications are submitted through the national MonMaster portal.
  • Are you an international student who is not a citizen of the European Union, the European Economic Area (EEA), the Swiss Confederation, Monaco, or Andorra? The specific requirements are detailed on our page dedicated to international students.
