Tele-investigators at OSIPE

OSIPE, the Observatoire du Suivi et de l'Insertion Professionnelle des Etudiants, is recruiting 6 student interviewers to contact former graduates by telephone and find out about their professional situation.

Contract conditions : 3 evenings per week from Monday to Thursday, from 5.30pm to 8pm, from January to mid-April. Total of approximately 100 hours. Face-to-face, on the Triolet site. Salary at minimum wage.

Student Ambassadors COMPAS project

Main mission: To raise awareness among high school students in the Occitanie-Est region about the range of programs and student life at the University of Montpellier.

Activities :

• To provide comprehensive information on access to studies at the UM to high school students in the Occitanie-Est region, through presentations organized by high schools, at certain academic fairs alongside the SCUIO-IP, or at other events and actions aimed at informing high school students and their families;
• Inform high-school students about how to optimize their chances of success in Montpellier University's programs, based on the documentation produced by the SCUIO-IP, in collaboration with the educational components;
• Present useful student services and showcase the school's student life.

Tutor Health studies

Under the responsibility of the SCUIO-IP :

• Provide comprehensive information on access to health studies at the UM to high school students in the new Occitanie region, as part of career orientation days organized by high schools, and at certain academic fairs alongside the SCUIO-IP.
• Inform high-school students about how to optimize their chances of success in health-related fields, based on the documentation produced by the SCUIO-IP, in collaboration with the health teaching components.
• Present the success support system.

Recruitment conditions :

• Be enrolled in an initial training course, at least 2nd year of the Diplôme de Formation Générale en Sciences Médicales, Pharmaceutiques, Odontologiques ou Maïeutique de Montpellier ou Nîmes, at the University of Montpellier.
• Comply with compulsory course and exam attendance requirements
• Tutoring experience strongly recommended
• Driving license and personal vehicle

Observations: Frequent travel throughout the new Occitanie region and flexible working hours. Transport costs covered.
