Missions :
- Advising and assisting elected representatives and the General Manager in matters of real estate assets
- Define and budget real estate operations
- Manage all resources allocated to DPI for property maintenance
- Providing advice, assistance and technical support for real estate assets to scientific departments, laboratories, educational components, divisions and services
- Prepare, analyze and monitor university-wide purchase order contracts for maintenance, works and equipment supplies
- Participate in defining the strategic orientations and objectives of the establishment's real estate policy
- Implement real estate policy decisions defined by the management team
- Prepare and update MENESR's SPSI, multi-year investment program and annual property survey
- Manage asset data (property, plans, premises database, quality of buildings, fluid consumption and expenditure, costs, etc.).
- Monitor and update user agreements with France Domaine, in collaboration with the departments concerned
- Manage the administrative, financial and technical aspects of construction, rehabilitation, restructuring, renovation, major maintenance and renewal (CMR), safety, accessibility, external works and roads and other networks (VRD) projects on a contracting or project management basis.
- Participate in operations concerning the university carried out under external project management
- Prepare and execute the IPD budget in collaboration with the Financial Affairs Department and the management team.
- On the Triolet, Saint-Priest, Services Centraux centre-ville, Institut de Botanique and SMEL sites, ensure the operation and routine maintenance (regulatory, corrective and preventive) of buildings, their technical installations and outdoor areas (excluding green spaces), organize and monitor regulatory checks, manage fluid consumption and expenditure.
- On the Richter, Law and Medicine downtown, Pharmacy, Medicine north, STAPS, Odontology, Medicine Nîmes and Saint-Chély d'Apcher sites:
- Advise site operations managers, technical advisors and administrative managers on operations, maintenance and fluids.
- Organize and monitor non-regulatory and preventive maintenance in collaboration with site operations managers
- Organize and monitor regulatory audits
- Providing advice, assistance and technical support for real estate assets to scientific departments, laboratories, educational components, divisions and services
- Prepare, analyze and monitor university-wide purchase order contracts for maintenance, works and equipment supplies
- Coordinate actions between the department and other departments
- Maintain relations with external partners, particularly with regard to subsidies
