The management team provides governance with the information needed to make decisions and implement the institution's strategy. It creates and deploys management support tools to inform the management team's choices.

Responsibilities:

• It ensures the production of comprehensive, cross-functional, comparative information and analysis, and drafts strategic and forward-looking reports.
• She develops the tools necessary for monitoring and assisting in the management of the institution's activities. To this end, she implements the quality approach within the institution and develops systems for internal control and financial analysis.
• It formalizes strategic objectives and indicators and ensures their operational implementation.
• It produces analyses and studies to fuel management dialogue between different levels of responsibility and creates reporting tools.
• She oversees and coordinates strategic issues for the institution (five-year contract, AERES, etc.).
