4th edition of the 1% Art Program Days at the University of Montpellier
Created in 1951, the "1% artistic" scheme involves allocating 1% of the budget for the construction, renovation, or extension of a public building to the commissioning or acquisition of one or more works of art.
The aim of these days is to showcase all of these works of art. Created by established and emerging artists, they constitute a remarkable open-air collection, retracing half a century of artistic creation. They aim to raise awareness of this heritage among the general public and the academic community in particular.
