4th GDR RNA Scientific Days

The aim of this network, at the interface of chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics, cell biology and structural biology, is to develop new therapeutic tools, with potential applications in the clinic, but also to develop new methodological tools in chemical biology, in order to better understand the molecular and cellular mechanisms in which RNAs are involved. We aim to strengthen collaborations at national level and raise the profile of this theme both nationally and internationally.

Scientific days of 1 day and a half with oral and poster presentations on 3 main themes:

Area 1. Tool design and synthesis: from small molecule RNA ligands to modified RNA oligonucleotides.

Area 2: Study of interactions: development of biochemical and biophysical tools to understand interaction mechanisms at molecular and cellular level.

Area 3: Therapeutic applications: in vitro and in vivo models.
