AdNatura, the Ecology and Biodiversity Fair

The AdNaturafair is organized in Montpellier bythe Association for the Ecology and Biodiversity Fair, which is made up of second-year students in the “Environmental and Biodiversity Management” master’s program at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Montpellier.

The event aims to bring together, introduce, and highlight all stakeholders in the ecology and biodiversity industry through exhibits, conferences, roundtables, workshops, activities, business meetings, and recruitment sessions.

This year, the overarching theme of the event will be " LIVING WITH THE LIVING."

This event is organized around three highlights:

  1. Scientific and Technical Conference – This forum for exchange among all professionals (researchers, educators, engineers, and technicians) in the fields of ecology and biodiversity, students, as well as the curious general public, aims to share scientific discoveries in ecology and nature conservation, experiences in engineering or biodiversity management, and educational, regional, social, or economic innovations.
  2. Career and Training Fair – Through a variety of opportunities to interact with professionals and trainers, high school students, college students, and professionals seeking career advancement or a career change will be able to learn about the activities and skills involved in the careers offered by employers in the ecology and biodiversity sector, as well as the training programs that prepare students for these careers.
  3. Village du vivant – A program of outreach and engagement activities aimed at the general public will help make ecology and biodiversity management accessible to everyone, with the goal of raising awareness and encouraging the public to take action to preserve, protect, and restore the environment and nature in a fun and inclusive way.
