Montpellier Innovation Booster (BIM)

The Booster Innovation Montpellier (BIM) is one of the PUI’s initiatives aimed at identifying, supporting, and fostering innovative projects with high potential.

For 2026, the BIM is organizing three sessions for innovators from the University of Montpellier and its PUI partners. The BIM is open to projects in all fields.

The goal is to identify projects in the early stages of development and guide them toward the most appropriate commercialization pathways.

During the three-day training session, participants will benefit from:

• personalized coaching;
• expert advice;
• assistance with preparing the pitch.

A jury composed of PUI members will evaluate the projects and select the winners, who will be eligible for funding averaging €28,000.

Following the BIM session, personalized support will be provided to help move the project forward and establish its structure.

Since its launch in 2020, the BIM has supported 46 projects, with a total budget of €1,318,700, thereby contributing to their promotion and development.
