A mixed event to talk about gender equality!

Evolution is underway, and many things are already being done to raise awareness of gender equality. Yet women account for only 27% of entrepreneurs, and there are still inequalities of opportunity to climb the corporate ladder, as well as wage differences between men and women.

How can we boost female entrepreneurship? How can we counter clichés? Whether I'm a man or a woman, what can I do at my level?

Mathilde Perraud President of Budd'it, Amandine Raynaud Coordinator of La Mélée Montpellier and Stanislas du Maroussem Founder of WeAreCo will take the floor to share their experiences and visions. We'll then move on to thematic workshops to help us overcome clichés and find out what actions each of us can take.

The evening will continue with a convivial cocktail reception.

• 6:30 pm - 7 pm: "Balance ton cliché" workshop
• 7 pm - 7:30 pm: Workshop "10 concrete actions to develop complementarity between men and women in my day-to-day work".
