A mixed-gender event to discuss gender diversity!

Change is underway, and many measures have already been put in place to raise awareness of gender equality. However, women still account for only 27% of entrepreneurs, and there are still inequalities in opportunities for advancement within companies and differences in pay between men and women.

How can we boost female entrepreneurship? How can we respond to stereotypes? Whether I am a man or a woman, what can I do at my level?

Mathilde Perraud, President of Budd’it, Amandine Raynaud, Coordinator of La Mélée Montpellier, and Stanislas du Maroussem, Founder of WeAreCo, will take the floor to share their experiences and visions. We will then move on to themed workshops that will help us move beyond clichés and learn what actions each of us can take.

The evening will continue with a friendly get-together over cocktails.
