Promoting Gender Diversity in the Workplace

A mixed-gender event to discuss gender diversity!

Progress is underway, and many initiatives are already in place to raise awareness about gender equality. However, women account for only 27% of entrepreneurs, and there are still inequalities in opportunities to advance within companies, as well as wage gaps between men and women.

How can we promote women’s entrepreneurship? How can we challenge stereotypes? Whether I’m a man or a woman, what can I do on my own level?

Mathilde Perraud, President of Budd’it; Amandine Raynaud, Coordinator of La Mélée Montpellier; and Stanislas du Maroussem, Founder of WeAreCo, will take the stage to share their experiences and visions. We will then move on to themed workshops designed to challenge stereotypes and explore concrete actions that everyone can take.

The evening will continue with a casual get-together over cocktails.
