Promoting gender diversity in the workplace

A mixed-gender event to discuss gender diversity!

Change is underway, and many initiatives have already been put in place to raise awareness about gender equality. Yet women account for only 27% of entrepreneurs, and there are still disparities in opportunities for advancement within companies, as well as wage gaps between men and women.

How can we promote women’s entrepreneurship? How can we challenge stereotypes? Whether I’m a man or a woman, what can I do on my own level?

Mathilde Perraud, President of Budd’it; Amandine Raynaud, Coordinator of La Mélée Montpellier; and Stanislas du Maroussem, Founder of WeAreCo, will speak to share their experiences and visions. We will then move on to themed workshops designed to challenge stereotypes and explore concrete steps everyone can take.

The evening will continue with a casual get-together over cocktails.
