Annual Conference of the French Society of Genetics
November 16, 17, and 18, 2017

Faculty of Sciences, Montpellier, Dumontet Lecture Hall, Triolet Campus

The French Society of Genetics (SFG) has chosen to dedicate its next annual conference to CRISPR/Cas9 technology, a cornerstone of both basic and applied genetics. The conference will take place from November 16 to 18, 2017, at the Faculty of Sciences in Montpellier. An introductory public lecture providing an overview of the current state of the art and addressing societal and ethical issues will be followed by a roundtable discussion with audience participation. Over the next two days, internationally renowned speakers will lead the scientific program of the conference, organized into three sessions, each covering an important aspect of CRISPR-based genome editing technology.
