As part of the Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility (SDRS) program of the SPA2E master's degree (Sciences et Procédés des Agroressources pour Alimentaire et l'Environnement), the EnvAgroTech association organizes an annual scientific symposium.

This year's theme is theuse and development of agricultural resources.

The aim of the symposium is to organize a debate around this theme, and to highlight the importance of sustainable development, eco-design and the food chains of tomorrow.

Representatives from companies, start-ups and research professionals will be on hand to fuel the debate. The aim is to demonstrate that sustainable development is a collective response, and that it must restore value to our food.

To this end, conferences will be held in the afternoon. These will cover a number of topics centered on the valorization of biomass, specifically the co-products of our industry. We'll be delighted to welcome Hélène Angellier-Coussy, who will be presenting her work on the design of bioplastics from agricultural lignocellulosic residues, a resource that is very little exploited. We'll also be joined by a representative from Antofénol, a start-up seeking to guide and develop work on the valorization of winegrowing waste. Other speakers will be joining us to explore our core theme in greater depth.

The event is open to all!
