Are you concerned about the future of the planet? Would you rather take action than sit back and watch? You too can contribute to an IPBES assessment on biodiversity!
Find out how on Wednesday, May 30, 2023, at an event organized by the University of Montpellier and CATIE, the Tropical Agricultural Research and Higher Education Center in Costa Rica. This hybrid in-person/webinar event in English will focus onIPBES, the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services, and will highlight the many ways to collaborate with the platform.
The floor will be given to the many stakeholders involved in IPBES assessments, including several authors of the assessment on transformative changes. The speakers' experience sharing and a round table discussion will be followed by exchange sessions during which you will be able to participate and ask questions.
Held on the CATIE campus in Turrialba, Costa Rica, on May 30 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. local time, this event will be broadcast live from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the University of Montpellier, in the Serge Peytavin amphitheater at Polytech, Triolet campus.
